Maintenance work with a total overhaul of the external thermal insulation, which had deteriorated considerably due to its age and the action of atmospheric agents.
The eaves of the reinforced concrete roof were also restored, particularly in the areas where the plaster had shown signs of failure, leaving the underlying metal reinforcement exposed to the elements.
